Концепт life-skills у матриці компетентностей здобувача вищої освіти

Розкриваються соціокультурні виміри компетенцій здобувача вищої освіти. Динамічність розвитку сучасного суспільства продиктована синергією інформаційно-технологічного та людиновимірного потенціалу, що формує передумови для актуалізації життєвих навичок у професійній діяльності. Відзначається адаптація освітніх стандартів до викликів та вимог часу задля формування затребуваних комепетенцій для фахівця. Зазначається необхідність узгодження загальноосвітньої концепції «life skills» та загальних компетенцій в програмах підготовки фахівців бакалаврського та магістерського рівня в університетах. Навички здобувача вищої освіти потребують взаємодії класичної академічності знань та інноваційної динаміки навичок. Загальні та фахові компетенції системи вищої освіти повинні продовжувати глобальну стратегію освітнього розвитку відповідно до вимог, які диктуються професійною діяльністю та соціокультурними реаліями.
